1Films.in Exclusive: 'Joker' Theater Count, Show Count & Advance Booking Details

The first day advance ticket booking for the Hollywood film 'Joker' has been very good, specially in the multiplexes of the Metros and the Tier-1 cities. Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Mumbai and Chennai have the best advance booking among the 14 reported cities. Chennai has around ~83.4% seats booked from 103 shows in 20 theatres; Bangalore has around ~70.5% seats booked from 137 shows in 25 theatres; Delhi NCR has around ~67.4% seats booked from 141 shows in 38 theatres; and Mumbai has around ~46.8% seats booked from 227 shows in 52 theatres (At the time of our report). The film is releasing alongside 'War' and 'Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy', but has still managed to get a decent number of screens and shows for itself. 'Joker' is releasing in around an estimated ~500 screens in India.
Going by the advance booking figures, the first day box office collection of 'Joker' can be around 5-7 crores, and can go beyond the 8 crore mark depending on the walk-ins/spot bookings tomorrow.
