Bharat scores well on its TV debut.Bharat TV Premiere Viewership Ratings
'Bharat', starring actor Salman Khan in the titular role, made its television debut on Sunday 20th October at 8 PM on ZEE network's dedicated flagship movie channel, Zee Cinema. The world television premieres of most of the films specially the bigger ones are usually telecasted in the afternoon slots during Sundays or other holidays. 'Bharat' was premiered on Sunday, but instead of the usual afternoon slot, 'Bharat' was put in the late-evening slot of 8 PM. The film still generated a lot of viewership impressions during its broadcast, and also topped the weekly movie TRP charts. Akshay Kumar's space drama film, 'Mission Mangal', also had its Television Premiere on the same day, but in the afternoon slot simultaneously on both Star Plus and Star Gold.
According to the 'Broadcast Audience Research Council' also known as 'BARC', WTP (World Television Premiere) of 'Bharat' got around 89.83 lakh impressions on Zee Cinema.
