KGF 2 Movie Review
KGF is a Hyper-violent Fairy Tale!KGF 2 Movie Review
KGF Chapter 2 is an action crime drama (sequel to KGF Chapter 1) directed by Prashanth Neel, starring "Rocking Star" Yash. Yash plays the lead role of 'Rocky' in this film. The trailer looked amazing, but does the film live-up to the expectations? Let's find out.
The film starts from where the first part ended. Rocky (Yash), after killing Garuda, has taken control of KGF (Kolar Gold Fields), but the number of threats to himself and KGF have only increased after him taking over KGF. Both Adheera (Sanjay Dutt) and Inayat Khaleel want to eliminate Rocky and want to capture KGF. And also, Ramika Sen, the Prime Minister of India, wants to erase Rocky and KGF from the face of the earth. Who among all these will succeed? Will Rocky be able to overcome all these threats and emerge triumphant? Or will he succumb and concede KGF to others? Watch the movie to find out!

The first thing you notice in the film is that it is grandly shot. The action sequences are well done, and are very effective. The action segments, particularly in the second half, are well done and deserve immense applause. Lead actor Yash totally dominates the screen throughout the film, and is absolutely impressive in each and every frame. He looks fantastic and his performance is extraordinary.
New to the second chapter, Sanjay Dutt and Raveena Tandon, both have played their part very well and add a lot of weightage to the films' characters. Music by Ravi Basrur is absolutely STUNNING and HAIR RAISING. Just like the first part, the music/BGM completely blends with the movie, and the gives the film an immense lift. Without the amazing BGM, the film wouldn't have been half as effective as what it is now. Kudos to Ravi Basrur. Cinematography is equally well-done if not more. Also, the sets, props, costumes and the graphic-works all look good. Prashanth Neel, the director of this film, has ably handled this film.

KGF is a very beautiful film to look at, although violent, but it is beautifully violent. Kudos to the KGF team for getting it right.
KGF is an aggressive film with respect to its approach, and that is reflected in the attitude of its main characters, the dialogues, and the over-the-top action scenes. The film has a high style quotient that is finely blended with its aggressive outlook. The film is shot well and looks good, but the screenplay and the narration could have been better.
Overall, KGF is an extravagant beautifully shot powerful masala delight which you can definitely watch it once.
